Terms and Conditions of 666aa – Terms of Use

1General Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below, regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural:

• "666aa" or "Platform" refers to the online casino and Sports Betting service available at 666aa.best and all its subdomains.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any person who accesses, browses, or uses the 666aa platform, with or without a registered account.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by a Player on the 666aa platform, upon providing personal details and accepting these Terms.
• "Real Balance" refers to the balance deposited by the Player or won through bets, available for withdrawal with no rollover restrictions.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to the amount credited by 666aa through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before it can be converted into real balance.
• "Rollover" refers to the minimum wagering volume the Player must complete before being able to withdraw a bonus amount.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 666aa for certain withdrawal limits and regulatory compliance.
• "Pix" refers to the instant payment system operated by the Central Bank of Brazil, used as the primary deposit and withdrawal method at 666aa.

By accessing or using the platform of 666aa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming rules, documents that form part of this agreement.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on 666aa and use its services, the Player must:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be enrolled in any self-exclusion program for gambling or Sports Betting;
• Not be an employee, director, partner, or first-degree relative of any employee of 666aa or its partner suppliers;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code.

2.2 Account Creation

Registering at 666aa requires the submission of accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including full legal name, CPF, date of birth, full residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. It is the Player's responsibility to keep this information current.

The 666aa allows only one account per Player. Creating multiple accounts — whether through the same CPF, same email, same IP address, or same device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of all bonuses and possible withholding of any irregularly obtained winnings.

2.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. 3Identity Verification (KYC)

The 666aa carries out identity verification (KYC) processes in compliance with applicable betting market regulations and anti-money laundering requirements. Verification may be requested at any time, but is mandatory in the following cases:

• For withdrawals of any amount made for the first time on the account;
• For withdrawals above R$ 500.00;
• When 666aa's monitoring system detects unusual transaction patterns;
• Whenever required by law or by a competent regulatory authority.

The verification process may require you to submit:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back;
• Recent proof of address (within the last 3 months) in the account holder's name;
• Selfie holding your ID next to your face;
• Proof of the registered Pix key, where applicable.

4Deposits

4.1 Accepted Methods

The 666aa accepts Brazilian payment methods only. Available methods are:

• Pix — primary method, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays;
• Bank slip (boleto bancário) — processing time of up to 1 (one) business day;
• Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• PicPay — with an active account on the platform;
• Mercado Pago — with an active account on the platform;
• TED bank transfer — for larger deposits, subject to banking hours.

• All deposits must be made from bank accounts, cards, or digital wallets held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• The 666aa does not charge fees on deposits. Any bank charges are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits made by mistake may be refunded upon request to support, minus any bonuses already credited.
• The platform reserves the right to refuse deposits if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Methods and Timeframes

Withdrawals at 666aa are processed preferably via Pix, with a standard timeframe of up to 5 (five) minutes for regular accounts and priority processing for VIP Program members. For larger amounts or specific situations, TED transfer may be used, with a timeframe of up to 24 hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

VIP Members have higher daily withdrawal limits: Silver up to R$ 10,000.00 via Pix; Gold up to R$ 25,000.00; Diamond with no preset limit, subject to individual review for very large amounts.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Only the real balance can be withdrawn. Bonus balance must meet the rollover requirement before being converted into withdrawable real balance.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts, Pix keys, or digital wallets registered in the name of the account holder at 666aa.
• Full KYC verification is required for any withdrawal, especially the first one made from the account.
• The 666aa does not charge fees on withdrawals. The amount requested is the amount credited to the Player's account.
• The 5-minute Pix timeframe is our standard — in exceptional cases of banking system congestion, processing may take up to 30 additional minutes.

5.4 Withdrawals and Active Bonuses

If a Player has an active bonus with an ongoing rollover, they may request a withdrawal of the real-money balance tied to the deposit that triggered the bonus — however, doing so will automatically cancel the bonus and any unconverted bonus balance. The Player will be informed of this consequence before confirming the withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All promotions and bonuses offered by 666aa are subject to specific terms published in each offer's description. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer:

• Bonuses are credited automatically once the activation conditions are met — typically a minimum deposit;
• Each Player is entitled to the welcome bonus only once, regardless of whether multiple accounts are created;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted into real money without completing the rollover requirement;
• The 666aa reserves the right to cancel bonuses from accounts showing signs of having been created solely to exploit promotions;
• Bets placed with bonus balance that exceed the available bonus balance will be covered first by the bonus balance, with any remainder drawn from the real-money balance.

6.2 Rollover (Wagering Requirement)

Rollover is the minimum wagering volume the Player must complete before being able to withdraw a bonus amount. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 10x rollover requires R$ 1,000.00 in valid bets before withdrawal.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus from 666aa grants a 150% match on the first deposit, up to the limit stated in the active offer. Standard rollover is 10x the bonus amount. Players have 30 days to meet the rollover — after this period, the bonus balance is automatically cancelled.

6.4 Other Promotions

Weekly cashback, odds boosts, accumulator bonuses, and special holiday promotions each have their own terms published on the respective promotion page. Specific terms take precedence over these general rules in the event of any conflict.

7Sports Betting

7.1 Bet Validity

Sports Betting at 666aa are binding from the moment they are confirmed by the system and the odd is accepted. Players are responsible for reviewing all bet details — event, market, selection, and odds — before confirming.

7.2 Cancellation & Refunds

• Bets on events that are cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours will be automatically cancelled and the amount returned to the Player's real balance;
• In parlay bets, cancelled selections are removed and the odds are recalculated without that event;
• Obvious odds errors (an odds value that is visibly incorrect due to a system error) may be cancelled by 666aa up to 24 hours after the bet is placed, with the wagered amount refunded;
• Confirmed live (in-play) bets cannot be cancelled by the Player after system confirmation.

7.3 Cash Out

The cash out value offered is calculated in real time based on current market odds. The 666aa may suspend cash out during live events at moments of high volatility. A partial or full cash out, once confirmed, is irreversible.

7.4 Bet Limits

The 666aa reserves the right to set maximum bet limits per event, market, or Player. Bets exceeding those limits will be automatically reduced to the maximum permitted amount, and the Player will be notified before final confirmation.

8Casino & Games

8.1 Provider & Certification

All games available on the 666aa — slots, live casino, crash games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and more — are provided by certified suppliers with random number generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game description.

8.2 Malfunction

In the event of a proven technical malfunction during a game session — connection loss during a round, or a system error affecting the displayed result — the 666aa will investigate the incident and, if the error is confirmed, will process a refund of the amount wagered in the affected round. Winnings resulting from technical system errors may be voided.

8.3 Live Casino Games

At Live Casino tables with real dealers, dealer decisions are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on the video feed and the result recorded by the system, the video recording takes precedence as primary evidence.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666aa and will result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple account creation to exploit bonuses, launder money, or for any other improper purpose;
• Use of automated software (bots, scripts) to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Match fixing, including combining outcomes with other Players to guarantee risk-free profit (arbitrage is prohibited);
• Money laundering — using the platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds of illicit origin;
• Fraudulent Chargebacks — disputing legitimate charges with card operators or banks;
• Account access by players under 18, including when the adult account holder permits or facilitates such access;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process;
• Bug or error exploitation intentionally exploiting a system error without reporting it to 666aa;
• Any other activity that violates current Brazilian law.

10Responsible Gambling

The 666aa is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable Players. We provide the following tools, accessible at any time in your account settings:

• Deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly, set by the Player themselves;
• Loss limit — the maximum loss accepted within a given period;
• Session time limit — automatic notification when the set time is reached;
• Temporary Break — account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated by the Player;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — account closure for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently, upon request to support.

The 666aa reserves the right to apply preventive limits or suspend accounts when it identifies gameplay patterns that may indicate a problem, even without a request from the Player, as a protective measure.

11Privacy & LGPD

The 666aa processes all Players' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018). Data processing is carried out on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — to process registrations, payments, and bets;
• Legal Obligation — to meet KYC regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, and reporting to COAF;

• Consent — to send marketing communications, where applicable.

12Limitation of Liability

The 666aa strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party instability (payment providers, game providers), or force majeure events.

The 666aa is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from the Player's own betting decisions, including losses arising from misreading odds or market rules;
• The Player's internet connection issues during gaming sessions or transactions;
• Third-party actions resulting in unauthorized access to the Player's account, where the Player failed to take the recommended security precautions;
• Service interruptions caused by external payment or game providers beyond 666aa's control.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of 666aa toward a Player, with respect to any claim, shall exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the last 12 months, capped at R$ 50,000.00.

13Changes to the Terms

The 666aa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time for operational, regulatory, or legal reasons. Significant changes will be communicated to the Player via their registered email and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date — your available real balance will be refunded in full. The current Terms will always be available on this page in their most recent version, with the last updated date indicated in the header.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the platform 666aa, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of São Paulo — SP, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before taking any legal action, the Player agrees to contact 666aa for an amicable resolution attempt, with a response time of up to 5 (five) business days for the team to present a solution. The 666aa is committed to reviewing each complaint in good faith and working toward a fair resolution within that timeframe.

Disputes related to Sports Betting with a settled outcome, games with audited RNG, or bonuses whose rollover has not been completed by the Player are not eligible for a chargeback — only for process review and a possible exception duly justified by the 666aa.
